Gaitore
Near the Jaipur-Amer road lies an appealing, narrow valley which serves as the final resting place of the regals.
Steeped in centuries of tradition and grandeur, this inheritance site is recognised as Gaitore. The name "Gaitore" is believed to be a mispronunciation of the Hindi phrase "Gaye ka Thor," meaning the resting place of departed souls. Hence, the monument is the final resting place for the esteemed Kachhwaha Rajput kings and other royal family members.
