Where nature sings with joy

Mizoram, often referred to as the "Land of Peaks," is celebrated for its deep heritage and scenic countryside. The name "Mizoram" itself carries an interesting significance: "Mi" signifies residents, "zo" represents hills, and "ram" denotes country or land, collectively forming the term "Mizoram," which translates to the land of residents residing in the hills. Mizoram shares its borders with Myanmar, Bangladesh, Tripura, Assam, and Manipur to the East, South, West, Northwest, North, and Northeast, respectively. In its earlier days, Mizoram was recognized as the Lushai Hills District of Assam. This appealing state, often referred to as the "Land of Blue Peaks," features a symphony of open countryside and peace that will leave you spellbound.
